Diagnosis

You bring the device to my workshop in Polegge. I run a full diagnosis within 24-48h and tell you the problem and the quote.

Repair

If you approve, I proceed with the repair. Most jobs are done in 2-3 business days. I keep you updated personally.

Warranty

You pick up your repaired and tested PC. Every job comes with a 3-month warranty: if the problem comes back, I fix it at no extra cost.

What I actually do on the bench

No vague «general repairs» here. These are the jobs I really do, with the tools I have on my bench. And if someone already told you «just buy a new one», bring it to me first: often that's not true.

Desktop and laptop hardware

  • ▸Advanced electronic diagnostics — motherboard circuit analysis, voltage testing, hunting down micro short circuits.
  • ▸Repaste and thermal management — thermal paste up to 12.5 W/mK, new pads where needed, optimised airflow.
  • ▸BIOS and firmware recovery — hardware flashing of bricked BIOS chips, forgotten BIOS passwords, critical firmware updates.
  • ▸Charging circuit — I don't just swap the battery: I check the charging circuit for the classic «plugged in, not charging».
  • ▸Hinges and chassis — I rebuild internal mounts with industrial epoxy instead of replacing the whole cover.
  • ▸Screens, keyboards, touchpads — grade A+ LCD/LED/OLED panels, backlit keyboards, foreign layouts too.
  • ▸DC jack and USB ports — replaced with micro-soldering.
  • ▸Liquid spills — ultrasonic bath and dielectric solvents to remove corrosion, even under chips. If it just happened: don't turn it on.
  • ▸Fans and heatpipes — no more buzzing: new fans or restored copper cooling.
  • ▸Wi-Fi and Bluetooth — internal card upgrades to Wi-Fi 6/6E.
